1. Onsite Spinal Health & Postural Assessments
Our health & wellness professionals will come to your workplace and perform individual on-site spinal health and postural assessments for all your staff.
Each assessment will include a thorough postural examination, spinal examination, brief health history, and advice on nutrition, exercise & other lifestyle choices.
An individualized health & wellness report will also be given to each employee.
We usually need about 10 minutes per employee
2. Ergonomic Work-station/Workplace Assessments
Our professional team will come to your workplace and assess different tasks and duties carried out by all your staff members.
Our team will need to observe your employees at work for a while, so we can gather data on their environment, in order to help with possibly reducing physical and emotional stress caused by their work duties.
Full ergonomic work-station assessments will be carried out all office workers (appropriate desk height, chair height, computer monitor, mouse etc.)
Time will vary depending on how many different work duties there are to assess.
3. Health & Wellness Seminar
A seminar could be held in a boardroom over a lunch break (we generally need between 30-45 minutes)
Topics discussed include the 5 components of health (exercise, nutrition, sleep, positive well-being, fully functioning nerve & immune system), dealing with stress, exercises in the workplace, and tips for a happier and more productive day in the workplace.
4. On-Site Chiropractic Care
Our professional chiropractors can bring their up-to-date and specialized equipment with them and provide Chiropractic Adjustments on site.
We have specialized equipment to cater for people of all ages.
